Gaining inspiration from her past roles, with 25 years' experience, her background as a dynamic Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator has cultivated a distinctive blend of competencies, specialising in general administration, executive assistance, business/people management, project/change management and workforce data analytics.

Bec's past employers extends to prominent Aged Care Organisations across NSW & SA associated with the UnitingCare network. Her professional journey commenced within the hospitality industry, being provided in-house training by the best renowned 5-star hotel chains, worldwide timeshare resorts and the largest multinational entertainment and media conglomerate, Disney.

Bec is an all-rounder that works smart to achieve outcomes in providing honest, reliable, and dependable services. Her ability to listen, comprehend, and meticulously analyse every step of a process with unwavering attention to detail will give you the desired outcomes your business needs.
